As a member of TKF’s Presidential Advisory Council on Strategic Initiatives, she brings expertise in mental health, resilience, and patient empowerment, ensuring that emotional and psychological well-being are part of the fight against chronic kidney disease (CKD). With a background in counseling, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement, Dr. Frost helps shape TKF’s outreach efforts, fostering a comprehensive, patient-centered approach that supports early detection, prevention, and long-term health equity for Texans.

Pat Frost is a distinguished leader in civic engagement, nonprofit advocacy, and financial strategy, serving on the Executive and Strategic Advisory Committee of the Texas Kidney Foundation (TKF). As a longtime supporter of healthcare initiatives and community development, Pat leverages his expertise to strengthen TKF’s mission of early kidney disease detection and prevention. With decades of leadership at Frost Bank and extensive service on nonprofit boards, he is committed to ensuring fair, transparent, and impactful healthcare solutions for Texans. His dedication to community resilience, financial stewardship, and health equity helps TKF expand its reach, providing life-saving resources to those who need them most.

Frankie Gonzales-Wolfe

Frankie Gonzales-Wolfe is a political strategist, community advocate, and champion for health equity, serving on the Presidential Advisory Council on Strategic Initiatives at the Texas Kidney Foundation (TKF). With over 26 years in public service and policy, she is committed to breaking barriers in healthcare access and ensuring that all Texans—especially those in underserved communities—have early detection and life-saving kidney care. As Chief of Staff for Bexar County Commissioner Rebeca Clay-Flores, Frankie brings a deep understanding of public policy and community engagement, helping TKF drive awareness, education, and proactive healthcare solutions to fight chronic kidney disease (CKD) across Texas.

Earl Blanch, Jr. is a seasoned certified public accountant (CPA) and financial expert with over 30 years of experience in tax and accounting, serving on the Presidential Advisory Council on Strategic Initiatives at the Texas Kidney Foundation (TKF). A former senior executive with the IRS, Earl brings invaluable expertise in financial stewardship and nonprofit leadership, ensuring TKF’s resources are efficiently managed to maximize community impact. Passionate about health equity and education, he actively supports TKF’s mission to expand early kidney disease detection and financial accessibility for Texans. Through strategic planning and fiscal responsibility, Earl helps TKF empower individuals, strengthen communities, and drive sustainable health initiatives across the state.
